The EWGLAM/SRNWP 2012 meeting will take place from 8-11 October 2012 and preparations are in full progress. The dedicated EWGLAM/SRNWP 2012 website provides up-to-date information about the programme, registration and hotel accommodation.
Registration should be done before 15 July through the electronic webrobol registration form (at the bottom of the EWGLAM/SRNWP 2012 webpage). The block reservation for hotel accommodation arranged by FMI is open until 17 September.
We kindly ask participants to send their proposal for a scientific presentation to the contact person of the thematic session of interest. Names can be found in the registration form.
